Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Webmint's website design services. By submitting a brief or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Webmint provides AI-assisted website design and related services for Australian small businesses. Our services include:

2. Free demo

We build a full working demo of your website at no cost before any payment is required. The demo is provided so you can review our work before committing. You are under no obligation to proceed after viewing your demo.

3. Pricing and payment

Current pricing is listed at webmint.com.au/pricing. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due upon your approval of the completed website, prior to go-live.

For the Managed plan, the monthly retainer is billed from the date your site goes live. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

4. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions on your website until you are satisfied with the result. Revisions must relate to the original brief. Requests for fundamentally new concepts or significant scope changes may be quoted separately.

5. Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all website code, design assets, and content created by Webmint for your project become your property. You may host, modify, or transfer your website freely.

For Managed plan clients, ownership of assets is not affected by cancellation of the monthly retainer. If you cancel, your files will be handed over within 5 business days.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Webmint's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
